Steps to Delete Your Account: 1.Open Orange App 2.Go to Settings 3.Select Privacy 4.Tap Deactivate Account 5.Confirm by selecting Delete What Happens After You Request Deletion? Once you confirm deletion: Your account enters a 30-day pending deletion period You may still log in during this period No one else can access or use your account If you log in within 30 days, your account will be automatically restored and the deletion request will be cancelled. If you do not log in within 30 days: Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted The deletion cannot be reversed Day 0: Account immediately deactivated Day 1–30: Account inactive and inaccessible After Day 30: Permanent deletion of account and personal data What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted? After the 30-day period, the following data will be permanently removed: Name Phone number Email address (if applicable) Loyalty points and rewards history User profile information App usage data linked to the account What Data May Be Retained? Certain records may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations, including: Financial transaction records eBarimt (electronic tax invoice) records Accounting data required under Mongolian tax regulations Retention period: Up to 5 years, in accordance with legal requirements.
